Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an Atlaski account you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Subscription & billing

Atlaski is billed monthly per plan (Starter $99, Growth $199, Business $399, Enterprise custom). You may cancel anytime; charges are non-refundable for the current period.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to comply with WhatsApp Business policies, anti-spam laws, and to message only contacts who have opted in.

4. Data & ownership

You retain ownership of your customer data. Atlaski processes it solely to provide the service.

5. Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime. Atlaski is not liable for downtime caused by upstream providers (WhatsApp, hosting, telecom).

6. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from Settings.
